A delicious alternative to cows milk. Having been approved for the South African government School Feeding Scheme. This tried and tested highly nutritional drink is free of lactose which can cause diarrhoea, gas, and bloating for some people with partial or total lactose intolerance. These individuals have difficulty digesting lactose, the sugar in milk.
